Our standard rental includes the bike of your choice, a high-quality helmet, a multi-tool kit, tire pump, and a lock. For full suspension bikes, we also include a shock pump.

Yes, we offer free delivery within the Sacred Valley (Urubamba, Calca, Huaran, etc.) for rentals of 2 days or more. For shorter rentals or locations further away like Cusco or Ollantaytambo, a small delivery fee applies.

We provide custom GPX tracks that you can easily use on your phone or GPS device. These tracks are pre-loaded with key points of interest, viewpoints, and easy-to-follow directions for the best trails in the valley.

Our bikes are well-maintained, but if you have a simple flat tire, the included toolkit will help you. For more complex issues, we offer trailside support where we can meet you on the accessible parts of the trails for a replacement bike or repair.

You can cancel up to 48 hours before your rental start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Absolutely! You can book a certified local guide as an optional add-on. They provide insider knowledge, safety, and lead you to hidden gems you won't find on any map.

We have trails for all levels, from beginners to experienced mountain bikers. Our GPS tracks and guides will help you choose the best route based on your skill and fitness.

We recommend bringing water, sunscreen, comfortable riding clothes, closed-toe shoes, and a light jacket as Andean weather can change quickly.
